The Vie Healing Bianstone Ritual Tool
This distinctive massage tool is created and hand-finished by Vie Healing from genuine Bianstone—a material rooted in traditional Chinese external-care practices. Bianstone is not simply an ordinary black stone, nor should it be confused with black obsidian.
Its thoughtful, multi-edged design offers several ways to work with the face, scalp, neck and shoulders. Broad polished surfaces provide a smooth glide, sculpted contours follow the natural curves of the face and body, and the finely textured edges create a gentle, stimulating scalp-massage experience.
At Ning Sanctuary, the tool is incorporated into slow, intentional rituals designed to encourage relaxation and ease the feeling of everyday facial, scalp and neck tension. Each client receives personalized guidance for comfortable at-home use.

Natural Buffalo-Horn Comb
Natural horn combs have a long history in Chinese grooming and self-care traditions. Ning selected buffalo horn for its smooth, naturally polished surface and its connection to the intentional combing rituals she grew up around. Each comb has its own subtle variations in color and pattern, making every piece unique.
Used slowly and gently across the scalp, the rounded teeth provide pleasant mechanical stimulation that may temporarily encourage local circulation, ease the feeling of scalp tightness and create a calming sensory experience. Unlike ordinary hair brushing, the purpose is not simply to detangle—it is to pause, breathe and transform a familiar daily action into a restorative ritual.
Consistency matters more than pressure. A few minutes of gentle combing may be incorporated into a regular evening routine, either on a dry scalp or paired with a small amount of Forest Root Scalp Ritual Oil. The comb should feel soothing and should never scratch, pull the hair or cause discomfort.
Although scalp massage has shown some promising early findings, the horn comb is offered as a wellness and self-care tool—not as a treatment for hair loss or a medical scalp condition.
